Order Processing Time

We carefully prepare every order with love!

dot. Members: Enjoy Priority 24h Dispatch. Your order will be processed and handed to the carrier within 24 business hours.
Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We strive to provide the most affordable shipping rates across Canada. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal reaches the following amounts:

We aim to get your stationery to you as quickly as possible! Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed:

Ontario: Typically 2–4 business days.
Rest of Canada: Typically 3–10 business days.

Exact delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your desk.

We are excited to offer shipping services to our customers in the United States! Please review our shipping policy below for details on rates, delivery times, and customs information.

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure to make your shopping experience easy:

Standard Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of $18.00 USD
Free Tracked Shipping: Complimentary on all orders over $100.00 USD

Estimated Delivery: Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days once dispatched.

*Duty-Inclusive Pricing: Our shipping rates and product prices now include international postage from our Toronto studio and all mandatory DDP customs processing fees. The price you see is the final price at your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in hand-packaging every "dot" to ensure your stationery arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our hands, its journey is managed by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at contact@deardots.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will do our best to find a solution for you!
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal outlet first.
Our Responsibility: Please note that dear dots. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We are also not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We want to ensure your stationery finds its way home to you.

Corrections: If you notice an error, please contact us at contact@deardots.net within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before shipping.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Responsibility: dear dots. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
