We hope you love everything you receive from dear dots. > Because of the nature of stationery products, all items are final sale once opened or used. To ensure every customer receives brand-new, perfect condition items, we only accept return requests for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Open or Used Goods

For hygiene and quality reasons, any item that has been opened, used, tested, or unsealed is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stickers & Washi Tapes

  • Stamps & Ink Pads

  • Paper Goods & Notebooks

  • Stationery Accessories


Damaged or Incorrect Items 💌

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@deardots.net within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear photos of the issue 

We’ll carefully review the situation and make it right for you!


Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours (damaged or incorrect item). For US orders, original shipping fees and pre-paid import duties are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Process: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
