About Us

The Heart Behind the Dots

As a long-time journaling enthusiast living in Toronto, I’ve always found myself captivated by the beauty of stationery—the way a simple stamp or a roll of washi tape can turn an ordinary page into a sanctuary. But living in Canada, that passion often came with a price.

I remember the frustration of finding the perfect items online, only to be met with high shipping costs and even heftier customs duties from the US. Sometimes, the added fees felt like they took away a bit of the joy from the package itself. And while there are incredible shops across the ocean, the weeks of waiting often meant that by the time the box arrived, the fleeting spark of inspiration had already passed.

I created dear dots. to change that.

I wanted to bridge the gap between global inspiration and local accessibility. My mission is to bring those "hard-to-find" gems—the quiet lines of Japanese ink, the nostalgic charm of designer stamps, and the perfect texture of paper—directly to your desk, right here in Canada. No surprise duties, no endless waiting; just the simple, unfiltered joy of a new companion for your daily rituals.

Our Philosophy

At dear dots., we believe that what may seem insignificant at first—a small dot on a page, a single stamp on an envelope—is often the starting point of a gentle, well-lived day.

Our collection is thoughtfully curated with a focus on stamps, stickers, and paper goods that embody a soft, restrained, and subtly retro aesthetic. We are drawn to quiet designs and objects made to be used again and again—pieces that stay with you and grow more meaningful over time.

Whether you are capturing a fleeting thought, organizing your week, or simply seeking a moment of calm, we hope our products become small, faithful companions in your everyday life.

dear dots. does not seek to be loud or eye-catching. Instead, we hope to be there for you—quietly—whenever you need us.
